Product Marketing Specialist

Job Description
We’re looking for a self driven Product Marketing Specialist to drive the launch of Raygun features and products, and get their hands dirty in other areas of our digital marketing activities. This is a rare opportunity to make an impact in the following areas:
- Working on the end to end buyer's journey and positioning of product announcements so they are well received by new and existing customers
- Write clear and communicative content and distribute it effectively to our audience of software development teams
- Build relationships with our partners, press and influencers in order to get them excited about what we have to say
- Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate our product and services
- Build out playbooks designed to enable scalable, repeatable growth
Our product is technical and we sell to software developers, so you’ll need to have a good grasp on how software is built and maintained. If you feel you're lacking here, don't worry. We'll support you adequately to get to grips with the technical nature of our products and all we ask for is a great attitude towards learning. You’ll of course need strong computer skills and great copywriting skills.
You will be responsible for the launch of Raygun feature releases and products as well as be involved in other digital marketing tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements
- 3+ years previous experience marketing a SaaS product
- An understanding of the technical / developer audience
- Experience conducting product launches / digital campaigns
- Experience with analytics tools
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to manage budgets and campaign spend
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
Bonus experience (nice to haves)
- SEO / SEM experience
- Technical writing portfolio
- Experience writing and shipping code
- Experience with tech media / press
- Other skills within the realm of online marketing
- Comfortable with public speaking and making presentations to the team
- You are adaptable, you can handle the roller coaster nature of a high growth, profitable, startup
- You display a positive attitude, even when under pressure
- You are a go-getter and a self-starter, with a can do, get it done attitude
