As a Business Development Manager for Raygun, you’ll be part of the team responsible for growing our customer base. Raygun has customers ranging from start-ups and SMBs, through to large multinational customers. Your role is to grow this number through effective value based selling, ensuring you are identifying prospects key problem areas and how our products solve these pain points.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will communicate with inbound channel prospects from a variety of channels, as well as prospecting outbound, targeting customers we know would be a good fit. This means leveraging your existing network where possible, and using your skills in the true sense of the word (Business Development!) to create an ongoing and meaningful pipeline of opportunities.
The Raygun Partner Program is a key initiative that this position will be heavily involved in - from the recruiting, training and onboarding of new partners - to helping get the most out of this channel by empowering our partners to sell on our behalf through ongoing deal support. Helping to expand this program from New Zealand across the globe will be a key deliverable, and this will be achieved through targeting the right partners, and bringing them up to speed on Raygun and how it benefits them as quickly as possible.
