About the Role

This is a newly created role for a professional and enthusiastic candidate who is excited by the administrative challenge of supporting the office operations of a growing global apparel brand.

Based in Wanaka, this role primarily supports the two head-office locations in Wanaka, while also working with our retail team across NZ and some exposure to our overseas offices in Austria and Canada.

We expect this to be a full time role with some flexibility around working days.

Requirements

Your skills:

  • Friendly and positive communication style
  • Exceptional organiser - of both tasks and people
  • High attention to detail and persistence to get things done
  • Ability to adjust to change
  • Happy to contribute as a team player, but also very able to self-manage and work autonomously to a deadline
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

You will be responsible for:

  • Office and facilities management across two offices in Wanaka
  • Payroll administration
  • HR administration including contract management and record-keeping
  • Accounts Payable and general accounts support
  • Travel bookings
  • Health amp; Safety administration and reporting

You should have:

  • Office Management / Accounts experience
  • Payroll and HR administration experience
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and very comfortable learning new systems
