About the job:
We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our team. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products.
You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, analysing our data and performing usability testing. Through your research, you will also help to uncover opportunities for improving our key business metrics and drive down development costs by pre-validating ideas and concepts before they are built.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our product manager to define and evaluate research topics.
- Independently conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Gather and analyse data from a variety of different sources.
- Develop sound suggestions for enhancing our interface to improve user experience and/or business value.
- Present research findings and suggestions to our product team through written and oral presentations.
- Support our design team with usability testing.
- Help our wider team to better understand our key metrics and where there is room for improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- A portfolio with examples of high-quality research resulting in improved user experience and/or business value.
- You live and breathe data. You know how to collect, analyse it and find opportunities.
- You have solid experience with conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- You're confident with talking to users and customers to uncover their pain points.
- You have experience validating designs and prototypes through usability testing.
- You are capable of developing solid suggestions for product improvements.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You've worked within multidisciplinary tech teams (Developers, Designers, Product Managers etc)

- Contribute toward improving our key business metrics.
- Help reduce our development costs by pre-validating ideas and concepts before they are built.
