Telesales role - homes.co.nz
The sales team at Homes is looking to expand - and they would like to hear from all successful telesales and sales people. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the sales process, how to prospect and close deals and sell the value of one of NZ’s most used websites.
The main tasks:
- Constant communication with Real Estate Agents to explain Homes and its benefits
- Position and sell the Homes product offerings
- Address concerns or questions
- Convert prospects to paying subscribers
- Answer inbound sales enquiries
- Maintain and self manage call lists and activity
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Demonstrated Knowledge of telesales and marketing principles
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- Previous experience with sales of website subscriptions and or directory services
- Computer literate with knowledge of using a Customer Relationship Management system
Desired Skills amp; experience
- Have excellent organisational skills amp; have the ability to think logically with a keen eye for detail
- Motivated to learn new skills with on the job experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident technical troubleshooting ability
- Be a great team player
- Be a hungry, proactive self starter
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in telesales
- A fluent English speaker, with an excellent command of spoken and written English.
