Digital Marketing Specialist - Fintech Sector

Youtap is a global fintech company supplying banks, retailers, and mobile operators globally. Our mission is to transform banking and finance through products that allow our users to do more and interact better with their money. In support of this mission, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.

• You will work closely with the CEO, CMO, and Head of Product
• You will build and manage our digital marketing campaigns. The measure of these campaigns is successful leads generated for the sales team and partners
• You will have worked with our marketing automation system SharpSpring and will have current experience with SharpSpring or its equivalent Hubspot, including the ability to provide daily reporting of results to the team
• You will be familiar with creating landing pages, workflows, sales funnels, social media campaigns, email campaigns, etc
• You will have worked with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and be familiar with posting to and managing these social media channels
• You will have experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and Facebook advertising
• You will have experience with Digital brand creation and management
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to write and create a variety of blogs and highly targeted digital and offline marketing campaigns
• You will have experience with lead generation and communication with sales
• You will be a performer and looking to accelerate your digital marketing career.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years Digital Marketing experience
• A relevant university degree in digital marketing
• Experience with the creation and management of digital and offline content including blogs, videos, ebooks, press releases, etc
• Experience in a Fintech or Financial Services Company would be an advantage
• Marketing automation systems e.g. SharpSpring
• Content Management systems such as WordPress
• Mailchimp or similar email marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with website design and development
• Lead generation: paid search, paid social, social media, email marketing, and SEO
• You will be a guru and have a passion for getting to the right people in our target market
• You will enjoy working autonomously
