We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to manage our studio recruitment on a fixed term contract. This parental leave role is from July 2020 to early February 2021 and offers flexible working days and hours. As a key role in a small People amp; Culture team, your scope oversees end to end recruitment, liaising with internal hiring managers ensuring they are kept up to date and working with stakeholders to make sure our project teams have the skills required to run projects smoothly.

This role is responsible for all recruitment across our Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch studios. Due to the time of year, this may include managing our Graduate Recruitment Drive and Internship campaigns where applicable. Our Pamp;C Team consists of this role, the Pamp;C Lead and the Pamp;C Coordinator who work closely together, sharing information, overseeing their portfolios and supported each other daily.

You will a join a tight-knit team with flexibility in working times and hours. We would consider reduced hours for the right person although this would ideally still be across Monday to Friday. We will provide you with a laptop so you can work from home as needed.
