You will collaborate effectively with designers, developers, Product Owners and external subject matter experts to support the delivery of our digital roadmap. Working with our Product Owners, you will understand where their projects overlap (and where they don’t), and how/where to make recommendations based on their priorities. You will enjoy working with the wider team and stakeholders, determining best practice and implementing strategies to assist with the development of frameworks and processes within all of NZTE.Kongameakahiahiatiaekoekiaangitutehaere|What you’ll need to be successful:With a curious mind, you will be someone who can connect people, join the dots and proactively go out and find the information you need to move forward. Someone who can gather business requirements and help translate these into user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria. Not everyone speaks digital-language, so you will have the ability to effectively communicate what you’re talking about to Product Owners, colleagues and stakeholders. Website acquisitions and marketing automation experience with Microsoft Dynamics would set your application apart, as well as proven ability to present analysis and recommendations at all levels. You will have a continuous improvement mind-set which is able to be distilled into pragmatic technical requirements and be an advocate for the best ways of working.
