Are you a dedicated and passionate Support Engineer who loves to be hands-on resolving tricky issues and working as part of a team? We are looking for an experienced Platform Support Engineer to join our Service Desk team, this is a full-time role based at our head office in Wellington.
As an Intermediate Platform Support Engineer you will be involved in supporting our Silverstripe Cloud Platforms to ensure they continue to deliver reliable services for both our private and public sector customers. You’ll be the go-to support for our clients, ensuring their sites stay running smoothly. Your focus will be on delivering great, consistent customer experiences and helping our organisation grow.
