Job Description

You will be a motivated individual who wants to support us in the timely and effective delivery. You’re a self-starter, who enjoys facilitating and maintaining productive working relationships with peers and stakeholders alike.

You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, which are critical to the success of this role; you will be working with external stakeholders to align expectations and project needs. Presenting information to an audience doesn’t faze you, and you are able to communicate the necessary details succinctly amp; professionally.

You’ll be a self-starter with great communication skills who will help gather and coordinate information across teams to create and maintain delivery schedules. You’ll need to be able to keep track of many moving parts, identify priorities and follow the details.

You have a default to action mindset and can function autonomously when appropriate to get things done. As issues arise, you should be able to think critically to help guide the next steps. You pay attention to detail to make sure all aspects of a task or problem have been covered.

In this role you will be:

  • Contributing to the success of the team by supporting and coordinating the day-to-day project activities
  • Assisting in scheduling key project / programme workshops and meetings
  • Keeping minutes and tracking action items
  • Reviewing and maintaining appropriate level of relevant and current documentation
  • Assisting in the development of processes
  • Assisting with various other tasks as required - no job is too small

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people, and confidently dealing with people at all levels and in any situation.
  • Skills and experience in a wide variety of administrative and organisational support tasks, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
  • 2+ years experience in Project Management / Coordination and/or CAPM or equivalent
  • Exposure to both Prince and Agile methodologies
  • Attention to detail with good skills in MS Office and Atlassian suites
  • Ability to work under direction from an Operational Manager, while also having the capability to work proactively and unsupervised.
  • Experience working with clients and building relationships
  • Demonstrable experience of having implemented improvements towards business productivity and customer satisfaction
