As ANZ Sales Manager at Tradify you will own the ANZ sales function and play a pivotal role in the growth of the Australia and New Zealand customer base. You will help steer a team of Inside Sales Representatives to success, supporting them wherever necessary and identifying and managing the implementation of opportunities to further improve our sales efficiency. You’ll report to the Director of Global Sales and have direct influence on global sales strategy, as well as local.

Your duties will include:

  • Day to day Sales team management of the Auckland-based ANZ Inside Sales Team
  • Recruit and onboard new team members - our sales team is growing!
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and other ad hoc and training meetings as required
  • Own ANZ Sales Performance management, report on individual and team sales performance and identify opportunities to optimise
  • Lead and grow the ANZ sales partner programme
  • Provide cover for sales reps - be prepared to jump in and help contact leads and close sales when necessary
  • Make suggestions on and implement strategies to reach and exceed ANZ sales targets
  • Identify and implement new sales process improvements
  • Suggest new sales operations initiatives designed to strengthen the sales ops foundation
  • Liaise with other key members of the global sales team, in particular the UK Sales Manager, ANZ Sales Coach and Sales Operations Specialist and have input into global sales strategies
  • Build a strong relationship and coordinate with the Customer Success team, always looking for ways to improve the relationship and coordination between Sales and Customer Success, working together to improve the customer experience
  • Work closely with the Marketing team, providing valuable sales feedback, participating in the design and execution of integrated sales and marketing campaigns and collaborating to identify new opportunities to make our acquisition efforts more efficient

Requirements

You’re going to love this job if you:

  • Love numbers and have a strong understanding of the sales process and funnel
  • Can work and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Have at least 3-5 years inside sales management experience, and experience managing teams with high lead volumes and short sales cycles, ideally in the SaaS space (This is not an Enterprise sales management gig!)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing best practice approaches to improve inside sales team efficiency and performance
  • Are highly organised and can juggle many different tasks at once
  • Are a get stuff done kind of person who enjoys solving challenging problems
  • Thrive in a great team environment where everyone is friendly, smart, and driven.
  • Have experience working with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce and strong process/operations knowledge and ability
  • Have a lot of energy and drive - this is a very busy team and role.
