We are looking for a After Sales amp; Service Coordinator to join our team in Avondale, Auckland.

At the centre of our business is a team dedicated to ensuring we provide an exceptional customer experience. In this role you will be responsible for providing service and product advice to our customers to help resolve product warranty claims in a timely manner. You will also liaise with key internal stakeholders to identify, document and escalate any product service issues that may arise. But as an experienced Customer Service professional, you already know what's required!

What we would love is if you come from the plumbing industry so you know the difference between a close coupled pan or a concealed cistern, but if not, don't worry we have a great onboarding program and full training will be provided to set you up for success!

Along with your previous experience in a similar role, it would be great if you had the following skills and experience:

  • A passion for customer service and be known as someone customers enjoy talking to
  • Be helpful and have the mindset that nothing is too much of a problem for you
  • Enjoy communicating effectively with internal and external customers
  • Be comfortable working in a structured way, and have strong computer skills, preferably with the Microsoft suite of product
  • And most importantly, enjoy working in a team environment
