This is the perfect career step for an ambitious Customer Marketing Assistant who is now ready to show off their organisational skills. Based at our Experience Centre in Avondale, we’re offering a marketing degree-qualified person who has a couple of years’ experience the opportunity to join our talented Marketing team.

Guided by an experienced Customer Marketing Manager, you will work alongside our sales team to coordinate how our products and promotions come alive within our customer’s retail environments. As well as becoming an expert on retail POS, displays and NPD roll-out plans, you will also have the chance to show some creativity by contributing to upcoming trade-shows, sponsorship events and supporting marketing comms to commercial customers.

As we have a packed customer marketing calendar, you will come into your own by using your planning skills and always being across the detail. Additionally, you will be capable of tracking and measuring activations against our plans and understanding how the team can delivering on NPD or brand roll-out objectives. You will be comfortable owning critical tasks, such as maintaining prices, and you’ll find clever ways to execute in-trade via your relationships. This a real and hands-on marketing role, where you will quickly see your efforts and ideas become sales results for us and our customers.

Sound like you? Over the last couple of years, you have been part of a busy Marketing department, ideally within the trade or consumer/retail product space. In your coordination role, you have become known as someone who gets things done, as you can calmly juggle numerous tasks and never miss the detail. You are a strong team player who can work collaboratively, who enjoys striving to support a winning team.
