We’re looking for a Product Content Specialist to create fantastic, customer-friendly help content (video and written) to make it easy for Tradify customers and trialists around the world to find the help they need, when and where they need it.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll be an excellent writer who is technically savvy. With experience creating technical content for a non-technical audience, you’ll be adept at communicating how to product content in a clear, easy to understand style. You’ll also have experience creating help videos and screencasts. You’ll be comfortable operating at a fast pace and be able to quickly become a proficient user of Tradify.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Working with the product and support teams to develop and implement a plan to improve the navigation, design and content of the knowledge-base our customers use to help them get the most out of Tradify
  • Analysing and reporting back on knowledge-base search trends to highlight where new articles/videos may be needed
  • Creating new (and updating our existing) knowledge-base content (for web and mobile) to better support our rapidly growing customer base
  • Helping to reduce the volume of individual customer support requests through the creation of content including FAQs, How to Guides and Screencasts
  • Working closely with the Support, Customer Success and product teams to develop a deep understanding of the Tradify product, how our customers use it, the questions they have and the assistance they require
  • Developing creative new product-focused content that helps our existing customers succeed and grow
