Lending Credit Officer

Do you have Credit Lending or Collections experience? This is a fabulous role to showcase these skills within a great company.
Our client is in search of a superstar dedicated to maintaining a high level of service and accuracy in decision making regarding customer credit worthiness within the Credit Assessment Officer role they have available.
Based in our East Tamaki head office, this position is full time, operating shifts between 9:30am to a finish time of up to 8:00pm with occasional Saturdays (every third Saturday 9am 3.30pm with a rostered day off during that week).
Requirements
- Verifying new customer sign-ups for activation
- Ensuring all documents meet regulation requirements
- Providing credit risk assessment for existing customers requesting more credit
- Communicating effectively with external customers
- Communicating effectively with internal customers - Retail sales team and Credit team
We are looking for someone that has:
- Strong decision making capabilities
- Clear communication and comes across empathetic (we are dealing with peoples credit worthiness)
- Strong attention to detail
