Our product team is looking for a passionate Product Manager to expand Laybuy’s reach and capabilities through new and exciting ways to pay, both instore and online. You’ll be someone who loves rolling up your sleeves and thrives on seeing something through from a concept to development, implementation and launch. You’ll have plenty of support as well as autonomy - there's so much scope for you to really make your mark.
Your ultimate goal is to create new, exciting ways to pay in-store and online. You'll do this using knowledge of user needs, markets, strategy and business goals to frame problems and set priorities for cross-functional delivery teams working within the product stream. Internally, you'll be working closely with our development teams on new features, owning our payments roadmap and working with our customer facing teams to create compelling, innovative experiences.
Requirements
About you
- 5+ years experience working in a Product Manager role, ideally with a background in retail, eCommerce, customer payments or FinTech.
- You are a driver of innovation and have a desire to consistently deliver quality product insights and creative solutions
- Can see the big picture - you understand desired outcomes and can clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions
- You’ve got experience in scrum teams and are comfortable leading these
- Like the idea of working in a collaborative, fun, innovative and fast paced team working towards achieving some pretty impressive goals
- You have the ability to pivot and change tack when needed, you are naturally adaptable and agile
- Are highly relational, a natural influencer and can easily unite teams around a single vision
