Our team
The ecase team provides attendance services for six service areas within New Zealand. The service provides support to schools and their communities to manage attendance effectively of both unjustified absences and non-enrolled students. We call this service ecase (every child attending school everyday).
ecase is made up of several subcontracted Service Providers, who employ Attendance Advisors/ Kaiawhina to deliver the service at the ground level. ecase covers 530 schools and supports over 2000 students and their whanau each year. ecase head office manages and supports the Service Providers and Attendance Advisors to assist them in returning students to an appropriate education pathway. The work we do is rewarding and enables us to work with a diverse group of people all driven to achieve a positive outcome for our youth.

About the Role
In the role as Work Co-ordinator you will be ensuring the smooth workflow management of cases, along with liaising with our client, Service Providers and Attendance Advisors. You will use our client’s database to assign, close and track cases against Attendance Advisors and provide assistance with cases via email or phone. You will also generate reports to assist in case progression and carry out checks to assist Attendance Advisors in locating students.
This a fixed term contract until December 2021.
