Contract Delivery Lead

High-intermediate to senior-level contractor needed.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE IN EARLY-APRIL.

Short term until June 2021, with possibility of extension.

None of the skills listed in the requirements below are negotiable - they must be able to hit the ground running.

Hourly rate $85-$105 p/h

Candidate does not need to be Wellington-based, but within NZ timezone is desirable.

Requirements

• Vendor or agency experience is essential
• A proven Agile track record, preferably using Scrum and Kanban, with at least 3 years experience successfully owning and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• At least 3 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year being in the web/digital industry
• Has proven and demonstrable commercial experience
• Has successfully led diverse project teams
• Has a strong focus at all times on clients’ business needs, user goals, and overall quality
• Can always retain a view of the big picture while paying attention to detail
• Pragmatic, with the ability to make difficult decisions
• Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written and can communicate effectively with clients, developers, designers, sales people, and business owners alike
