We are looking for apassionate Creative Lead to join our awesome team. You’ll oversee and drive the creative development and design direction of our brands across all marketing channels. You’ll head up a small team, leading the developing of strong creative concepts and designs, with akey focus on keeping the work fresh, engaging, andtop of mind for our customers. We’re looking for someone with:- A strong creative background as a Creative Director or similar role with a proven track record in leading creative processes and translating marketing briefs into successful visual concepts and designs.- The confidence to lead and mentor a creative team and engage key stakeholders.- An indepth understanding of brand development, digital marketing channels, integrated omni-channel customer experiences and graphic design principles.- The ability to think critically and produce quality work within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and pitch new concepts.Keys to your success will also include:- Hands on, involved, sociable and approachable but also serious about quality job- Strong time management and prioritization - Experience working with brand standards and templates - Being curious, tech-savvy, keen to learn and constantly looking at what’s possible. - Being exceptionally detail-focusedThis is a chance to join a great team and carve your own path working on iconic NZ brands.
