Job Description

EROAD is growing quickly - and we currently have the need for an Accounts Administrator with Credit Control experience to join the team.

The Finance team is an integral part of the business - and we are looking for an experienced person to hit the ground running.

There is a lot happening at the moment, and it is essential that you have experience working in a busy environment. You will have previously worked within an accounts or finance team, and won't be easily phased. You also need to enjoy a challenge and have a can-do attitude.

We are currently in a period of high-growth, in this role you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of tasks across the Finance team. We are interested in speaking with strong multi-taskers who enjoy working across multiple functions.

These roles involve a variety of accounting and administration tasks - the day will go fast as a member of this high performing team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with multiple integrated Accounting systems and CRM systems (Dynamics D365, Salesforce, Teams, Sharepoint, Purecloud)
  • Confident using MS packages at an intermediate to senior level
  • Confident using outlook
  • Confident and Strong phone manner
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Account reconciliations with the ability to analyse data
  • Credit Control
  • Debt Collection

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors
  • Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within our team
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales, operational and support and finance teams.
  • Allocation of receipts from customers
  • Banking reconciliations
  • Maintenance of the customer ledger on Salesforce and D365
  • Collaboration with the Credit control team to ensure process is followed to collect debt and maintain customer relationships
