With a new Sales Manager on board, we're ready to grow our B2B portfolio and are on the hunt for experienced sales
professionals to join our growing New Zealand inside sales team.
You get to skip late nights, rotating rosters and change the way we're selling to a competitive market advantage.
About the role
Your role in a nutshell involves:
- Making outbound sales calls to potential B2B customers - these are warm leads who will have received a direct mail marketing piece from us
- Identifying sales opportunities by offering our suite of services to customers
- Providing world class customer service to new and existing customers
- Objection handling
- Building strong internal amp; external relationships
- Taking part in weekly team incentives
About You
As an experienced sales specialist, you will have:
- A consultative selling approach
- Enjoy the challenge of closing outbound sales
- Ability to ask high quality questions, listen and sell persuasively
- Previous experience using CRM / Salesforce would be helpful
- Proven experience objection handling
- Driven to succeed and strive for that next commission payment
- Strong verbal communication
- A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
