We’re committed to responsible lending and offering customer-led products and services and are humbled to see how many new customers and Merchants are signing up for our Buy Now, Pay Later product. Our global Laybuy team has doubled in the past 12 months and we’re not slowing down, it’s an exciting time to join!

Key responsibilities

1. Executing and delivering on Laybuy’s in store visual merchandising strategy
2. Building and maintaining relationships with our Merchants, their teams, key landlords/centres and sourcing partners
3. Perform regular store visits to improve our brand awareness
4. Identify opportunities and developing and delivering training to in store teams
5. Providing feedback to the business on any areas of opportunity identified
6. Liaise between the Laybuy team and our Merchants in store to maximise our sales

Requirements

1. 5+ years experience working with in store sales teams, preferably in an instore business
2. Passionate about training and developing sales teams
3. A great communicator with the ability to inspire
4. Analytical and results orientated
5. Your listening skills are second to none
6. Are resilient, positive self motivated, driven by challenges, open to feedback, love to learn + flexible to change
