Youtap is a global fintech company with a mission to transform finance through products that allow our users to do more and interact better with money. In support of this mission, we are seeking a Digital Product Designer to join our Product team.
The product design role at Youtap will give you the opportunity to hone skills in all areas of product alongside materially shaping the design of experiences used globally. Use the latest design tools, sit side by side with developers and see your designs get put into the hands of real users.

Who we’re looking for:
You will have experience designing consumer mobile apps with excellent UX, UI and interaction skills - ideally, you’ll also have design examples spanning web or branding and marketing assets.
You’ll be able to take an experience from ideation through to production. This includes vision setting, solutioning experiences to work with existing flows, prototyping, overseeing development ensuring that the end product conforms to your specification, and collaborating with other designers, product managers, and the executive team.

- Design beautiful solutions to help users get the most from their money (should have excellent visual, UX and interaction skills)
- Translate requirements into design
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to bring designs to life
- Work with the latest design tools and processes
- Set the analytics that will track the success of the products you design
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally for consumer-facing companies
- An online portfolio of product case studies that speak to both your UX and visual design skills
- Ability to pitch, educate, and define your design rationale to key stakeholdersyou can articulate the 'why' and comfortably articulate your process, explorations, and conclusions
- Ability to translate goals, user research, and complex task-based flows into clean, usable UI
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices, developments, and trends in web and native mobile design
- Extensive knowledge working and collaborating with design software like Figma or Sketch, and interaction prototyping tools like Principle, Origami, or Framer
- Humility and objectivity: you welcome design feedback and are eager to incorporate new ideas into design iterations
- Bonus points for side hustles or other displays of initiative.
