We’re looking for Service Coordinator to join the NZTE International Growth Fund Team for a 6 month fixed term. This is a unique opportunity to join a diverse team who love what they do, work at pace, and thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences to New Zealand export companies.

You will have involvement in the end-to-end IGF process and you'llhave a portfolio of NZTE Customer Managers and businesses to look after. You'll provide adviceon eligibility of the co-investment proposals, process claims from customers and their requests for contract variations, review business cases, prepare funding agreements, and be the first port of call for queries about the IGF.Ko?nga?mea?ka?hiahiatia?e?koe?kia?angitu?te?haere?|?What you’ll need to be successful:?A strong customer service ethos, excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive and productive relationships is needed.
