About the role:
We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to support the Cloud Platform Solutions team in the effective delivery of our project and programme commitments. This role will see you playing a key role providing coordination, planning and support to the business.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely alongside the delivery team, taking ownership of various activities associated with the smooth running of a diverse range of projects
- Maintain the team utilisation forecast
- Prepare project status reports and schedules, agendas and minutes, maintaining logs and registers
- Proactively keep everyone updated on project activities, maintaining processes around key areas such as project issues/risk management
- Manage the project engagement process including SOWs, Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Track and managing change requests
