Job Description

We are looking for a Snr Digital Campaign Manager that wants to join a fast growing media team and drive results.
The purpose of this role is execute and manage digital media campaigns for clients and maximise their results. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate deep knowledge in performance media (specifically AdWords/ Facebook/ YouTube/ Programmatic). You will be comfortable with research to further your knowledge and bring new data based thinking about our clients and their worlds. Within this role, you will have an executive that will be your direct report, and so having good leadership skills for training and mentoring is a must.


The role will involve:

  • Leading strategy and implementation of SEM for our clients
  • Implementing digital campaigns with direction from our Digital Media Strategist and Media Planner, across a broad range of digital media - e.g. Search, Youtube, VOD, Display, Premium.
  • Trafficking media - making bookings, loading ads and ensuring campaigns are running smoothly and delivering results.
  • Ensure the setup of analytics and tracking for campaigns.
  • Optimising and improving campaign results - client research, audits and making recommendations in real-time
  • Preparing reports with campaign insights and learnings.
  • Knowledge share; keeping up to date with latest trends and opportunities within the channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Adwords Certified and other relevant qualifications.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform including Campaign Manager, DV360, Datastudio etc
  • Proactive approach with analytical thinking
  • Proven exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • You'll possess a genuine interest in developing your campaign planning skills.
  • Expertise in the following areas would be a bonus; Analytics and Google Datastudio Dashboards, AI Media Tools, Search Engine Optimisation, Conversion Optimisation, and/or traditional media formats.
