Requirements

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about creating a world-class experience for our hiring manager and candidates alike; this means reporting to the Chief People Officer to own and work across talent acquisition activities end-to-end.
What you'll be doing
- Develop a Serko employer brand strategy in partnership with our marketing team.
- Create frictionless hiring processes that delight business stakeholders and candidates alike.
- Build robust sourcing strategies with a focus on a pipeline of technology talent.
- Consult with business stakeholders on hiring best practices, diverse acquisition approaches, and selection techniques.
- Develop talent acquisition reporting amp; analysis against OKRs, and in service of continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience working across the technology industry in a talent acquisition role.

- Strong relationship management skills with a positive track record establishing credibility and partnering with leadership teams.
