Rentokil Initial - Hygiene is currently searching for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join our fast-paced Paper Consumables team, in a permanent full-time position.

The main duties for this role include:

  • Managing your call cycle to ensure all clients are proactively contacted
  • Actively selling paper consumables and processing all paper sales
  • Managing the day-to-day administration requirements of a portfolio of accounts
  • Providing customer service phone support to customers
  • Ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Preparing, processing and submitting client invoices each month

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience with customer service
  • The ability to build long term internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and be IT savvy
  • The ability to use a straightforward and practical approach to handling business issues
  • The ablility to demonstrate working effectively under pressure whilst keeping a smile in your voice
