Requirements
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the vision and roadmap of the new value stream: Reshaping Customer Change, to support our big-picture vision. This stream is responsible for enabling smooth communication and proactive support to our Customers after their booking has been made (including changes they may make or to notify them of any travel disruptions that affect their booking). This is an integral part of our business!
Your unique blend of business and technical-savvy, courage to dive into key strategic initiative and eye for details will enable Serko to deliver compelling products and services that truly solve real problems for our customers.
