Requirements

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the vision and roadmap of the new value stream: Reshaping Customer Change, to support our big-picture vision. This stream is responsible for enabling smooth communication and proactive support to our Customers after their booking has been made (including changes they may make or to notify them of any travel disruptions that affect their booking). This is an integral part of our business!

Your unique blend of business and technical-savvy, courage to dive into key strategic initiative and eye for details will enable Serko to deliver compelling products and services that truly solve real problems for our customers.


What you'll be doing:

  • Defining a prioritized roadmap for our Reshaping Customer Change stream based on the input from market, key customers, and stakeholders
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and update them appropriately on product vision, strategy, releases, and roadmaps
  • Working closely with Head of Product Operations to write business cases or narrative of a product area for product opportunity and investment justification
  • Engaging with clients to understand market requirements
  • Working closely with sales and marketing to create demand for the product and ensure that sales are properly equipped to sell the product and assist the go-to-market strategy
  • Reviewing and publishing metrics for own product area
  • Working autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
  • Mentoring and coaching Product Analysts


What you'll bring to the team:

  • 3+ years’ experience in product management or similar
  • Experience defining strategic priorities, helping others relate to and align with it and setting product vision and roadmap
  • Product Management experience and an extensive toolbox of modern product discovery practices to draw upon
  • Proven experience of making evidence-based decisions
  • Experience to address customer needs and connect teams closer with customers (and not just be a proxy for them)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong facilitation and improvisation skills, with the ability to conduct effective workshops and meetings
  • Experience advocating for a product or service with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience fostering an open and collaborative environment
