Requirements
This role focuses on an exciting new Mobile product stream for our business, so we are looking for a Product Manager who has proven experience within the mobile app space. You will need to bring your expertise, and energy to deliver working alongside a driven and collaborative team.
You will own the vision for this new product stream, based on our big-picture strategy and vision.
Your unique blend of business and technical-savvy, courage to dive into key strategic initiative, and an eye for details will support Serko to deliver compelling products and services that truly solve real problems for our customers. What you'll be doing:
- Defining a prioritised roadmap streams for our Mobile stream based on the input from market, key customers, and stakeholders
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and update them appropriately on product vision, strategy, releases and roadmaps
- Working closely with Head of Product Operations to write business cases or narrative of a product area for product opportunity and investment justification
- Engaging with clients to understand market requirements
- Working closely with sales and marketing to create demand for the product and ensure that sales are properly equipped to sell the product and assist the go-to-market strategy
- Reviewing and publishing metrics for own product area
- Working autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
- Mentoring and coaching Product Analysts
What you'll bring to the team:
- 3+ years’ experience in Product Management or similar
- Proven experience in managing a mobile app product stream
- Experience defining priorities, helping others relate to and align with it and setting product vision
- Product Management experience and an extensive toolbox of modern product discovery practices to draw upon
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the business
- Strong facilitation and improvisation skills, with the ability to conduct effective workshops and meetings
- Experience advocating for a product or service with customers and stakeholders
- Experience fostering an open and collaborative environment
