Our Hamilton based Product Sales team provides a wide range of hardware and software products to customers throughout New Zealand. Due to team growth there is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a Product Sales Support role.
About the Role
This constantly varied, rewarding and demanding role will suit a team player who takes ownership of tasks and is self-motivated and self-managing. You will be comfortable working to deadlines, be well organised and efficient, enjoy building product knowledge and thrive when multi-tasking.
Your ability to form relationships with vendors, clients and our internal teams is essential to the success of playing a key part in our sales support team.
What you’ll do
Placing orders on distributors and vendors including managing the orders pre and post-sale.
Meeting delivery expectations/timeframes
Resolving complex administration/logistical/order issues
Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers
Working closely with Account Managers in the day to day transactions of their hardware and software for clients
Growing and maintaining knowledge on software and hardware products
Attending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge and understanding
Working with accounts department on various administration tasks for our orders

Ability to quickly master and utilise multiple systems for quoting and ordering
Proven ability to multi task and prioritise your work
Outstanding time management skills

Being self-motivated in your learning capacities
