About the Role
We are looking for a Case Manager to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing a variety of applications and handling any related enquiries from our customer, working with them over the phone and via email.
This is a fixed-term contract until January 2022.
What you’ll bring
Your customer-focused, and action-oriented with a high level of integrity! Your attention to detail and communication skills will be key to your success in this role. It will be advantageous if you have had experience in administration, data entry, and customer service positions.
