Job Description
As Store Office Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for questions and queries for store office staff, providing support when things don’t go to plan with all administration functions. Amongst other things, queries come in around, gift card reconciliations, fly buys reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations and float reconciliations.
With some office experience under your belt, you’ll have a thorough understanding of the purchase to pay process and will have some knowledge of the point of sale/cashiering processes. Reconciliations will be something you have mastered and with that you’ll have skills in Excel. Technically savvy, you’ll know your way around SAP. Inquisitive by nature, you’ll be a problem solver who has an eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively.
