Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be contributing to 4 different Sandfield brands, each with their own audiences and marketing strategies - making no two days the same. You will be exposed to all areas of B2B marketing, allowing for alignment with your digital activities and providing room to develop the role and your skillset.

The role will see you working alongside our Marketing Lead and wider Sandfield team to help develop amp; implement dedicated strategies and tactics for each business unit. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will live and breathe all things SEO, AdWords, content, social media, email automation and database management. Copywriting skills or a creative eye would be beneficial as the role will often require creating or working with content such as blogs, collateral, presentations, website copy etc.

The specialist business units that you will be working across are:

  • Sandfield - Customsoftware development
  • Origin - Supply Chain Management
  • Crossfire - Fully-managed Integration
  • On Account - Financial Management System

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database administration amp; analysis - continuously update, segment and analyse our CRM databases to ensure accurate information for marketing comms, sales funnel management and identification of new opportunities based on data analytics.
  • SEO amp; AdWords - Search engine optimisation of websites using SEMRush and optimising keyword-level bids, budgets and account spend, and targeting with Google Ads.
  • Social Media - manage the creation, scheduling and sponsoring of social posts across our business units using HubSpot and LinkedIn ad manager.
  • Email and marketing automation - monitor amp; create advanced email automation workflows in HubSpot as well as standard email newsletters.
  • Content creation - working with content creation tools and internal designers, you will create amp; distribute content in multiple formats such as social posts, video, infographics, presentations and eDMs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong experience running successful Google Ads and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Experience working in HubSpot (or similar automation platform) to include database segmentation, email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Copywriting skills for use across social content creation, emails, blogs and SEO optimised website copy.
  • A keen interest in technology and supply chain management
