Purpose
As a Retail Sales Representative, your role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service, sales support and brand stoke to our customers at our Onehunga DressMart Outlet.
MISSION
Customer Service: Provide a high level of product knowledge and customer service
Brand portrayal: Providing a service to our customers that is uniquely ‘Mons’, seizing opportunities to fuel customers stoke on the brand
Sales: Process cash and eftpos sales and complete end of day cash ups h required
Key Tasks
- Customer service and assists customers in locating a product, correct sizing and colourways
- Merchandising of the store and replenishing the stock on racks
- Using point of sale and EFTPOS systems for sales transactions
- Accurately count and balances cash register and receipts
- Communicate with Head Office team in Wanaka to provide any product feedback
- Continuously strive to reach sales targets
- Report back to the manager on any product feedback from customers
- General tidying of the store, cleaning when required
- Abide by occupational safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and all company employees
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer service role
- Knows and loves the Mons Royale brand
- Outgoing and friendly person
- Proactive and organised
- Cash-handling experience
