Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits a Massage Therapist to join Moss Spa in the Sudima Christchurch City complex on Salisbury Street.
Moss Spa is the latest luxurious experience for our in house guests and external clients.
We are looking for a passionate and customer focused qualified Massage Therapist willing to exceed guest’s expectations with memorable spa treatments and service.
Responsibilities
- Delivers a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
- Ensures a high level of service is provided to all guests/clients
- Ensures equipment is well maintained and reports any issues immediately
- Is proactive in building and maintaining client and guest relationship management
- Ensures to uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Qualified CIBTAC or ITEC equivalent
- Weekend availability between 10-6pm both Saturday and Sunday
- 2-3 years work experience as a Spa therapist including massage, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
- Passionate about Spa and Luxury Treatments
- Experience building and managing client/guest relationships
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Strong communicator with exceptional client/guest service skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent computer skills and competent with spa booking.systems
