About the Role
With a constant high number of vacancies to fill, we are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to support us on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract basis with likely extension. You’ll be the glue that ensures all of our documentation is in order, that manages onboarding paperwork and background checks. A document ninja, you’ll use your initiative to hunt down the info you need, and make the lives of the TA team as easy as possible.
What you’ll do
- Take responsibility for ensuring accuracy of all onboarding paperwork.
- Implement processes to ensure nothing is missed and all relevant parties receive the right info at the right time
- Run reports to show status and track Recruitment progress across the board.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for an upbeat, positive individual who is keen to get stuck into any task. You don’t need to have any recruitment experience or any particular qualification, but you must be a team player who is willing to give it a go! You’ll be adaptable and collaborative with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
You’re detail focused and you enjoy working with people you’ve probably got the patience of a saint as you explain processes and train on systems. We use a number of different tools and technologies so it goes without saying you’ll be tech savvy with a learn on the go attitude.
