Be the key that unlocks our future! As an Online Store Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the eCommerce performance of your territory. You’ll work collaboratively with your cross-functional peers to ensure we deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
You’ll be part of the Foodies tribe that unlocks the power of digital to future proof the Foodstuffs Cooperative. You’ll proactively identify and provide training and coaching for online retailing, instilling a customer driven culture across your territory and the wider FSNI eCommerce store network focusing on growth and being more efficient every day.
Engaging, collaborative and approachable, your knowledge of retail processes and operations will be second to none! Your ability to build relationships, ask the right questions and influence at all levels will enable you to identify growth opportunities and coach instore teams amp; members to improve their customer offer resulting in online growth.
Able to read and translate operational metrics, you’ll have a track record working in fast changing environments, ideally a retail, customer focused organisation.
