About the roleReporting into the Head of Customer Insights and Intelligence, you’ll manage digital data to unearth actionable insights on customer behavior across Foodstuffs’ digital ecosystem, customer experience optimisation opportunities and marketing performance. Your work will ensure Foodstuffs’ brands keep pace with customer’s changing needs in an increasingly competitive, data connected and digital-driven world.
You will use your passion for the digital space and innovative ideas to manage the digital analytics to effectively close the loop on market activities. We are looking for someone who can gain a genuine understanding and insight of the customer journey through the digital channels. Someone who can identify where optimisations should be made and can make innovative and creative recommendations to be implemented by the wider team. Essentially you will make the business more successful and profitable through the recommendations you make and implement!
About youYou will be able to work with complex digital data and information and make recommendations that have the end user at its heart. From an analytics perspective, you will have experience in using GA, and the GCP suite of tools as well as SQL capabilities. Stakeholders are the key to success in this role, you will need to communicate from the Executive Level of the business down. You will be a real self-starter able to work autonomously and use your knowledge and experience to upskill the wider digital marketing team.
