The roleAs part of the Gilmour’s Wholesale team, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone to take a step into Sales Support or is experienced in Account Management administration and looking for part-time work. This role will primarily focus on maintaining and updating data in Excel, SAP, and reports, while proactively supporting our Key/National Account Managers and working alongside the Gilmours owner operators, suppliers and the team at Support Centre. You will also have responsibility across ad-hoc projects and focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and interacting with National customers.About youTo be successful in this role you will need to understand the customer experience and be confident across most areas of administration, data entry, and customer/client support. A positive attitude is everything and throwing yourself in to the challenges of this role will ensure you are successful and gain the relevant experience, if necessary. You will need to be able to multitask and be passionate about supporting your team. With a high focus and priority on data entry, a keen eye for detail is a must.
