As the Business Assurance Manager, you will manage our internal audit operations to keep us safe and improve our organisation's operations (there may also be some risk advisory work). You will build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders and subject matter experts across all NZTE groups and act as a trusted advisor to the Director Business Assurance, NZTE’s Lead Team and the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee. As you will be accessible to all NZTE people around the globe, you will be someone who builds trusted relationships with ease. Ideally you will also bring:· 10+ years experience working at a senior level in a professional services or an organisation’s internal audit or risk management team.· Confidence to advise and present to senior management on risk and assurance matters, including the Audit and Risk Committee. · Strong influencing skills at a senior management level and be comfortable making decisions and working autonomously. · A natural curiosity and inquisitive mindset which will set your application apart it is important that you are someone who wants to understand how things work, why they work as they do and how they might be better.He aha e whai ake nei | What’s next:Have a read of the position description and if you are interested, apply today as we will be assessing applications as they come through.
