We are looking for an exceptional Internal Recruiter (Contract role 3-6 months or longer) to join our lean fast-paced team to find exceptional A talent. You’ll play a key role to set Sunfed up for global expansion.
Is this you?
- You have proven experience with competence-based data-driven recruitment and can demonstrate solid understanding of crafting role packs with targeted testing and assessments in the application process.
- You have exceptional understanding of what makes people tick and have experience with behavioural interviewing techniques.
- You have experience recruiting for high-paced high-pressure tech startups and know how to find the high performing misfits hungry for a challenge that Sunfed is looking for.
- You have fantastic demonstrable track record of job placements that were successful over the long term.
- You’re tech savvy and a quick learner, and get up-to-speed with software systems quickly.
- You're a kickass project manager and are a natural at juggling multiple priorities and keeping it all charging forward.
- You are fantastic at process design amp; execution, and ooze natural ability to continuously improve and optimise recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Your tertiary qualification in a related field will be complemented with at least five to six years experience across the recruitment sphere.
- You have hands-on proven experience running full cycle recruitment end-to-end with brilliant results.
- You are tech-savvy and thrive in a fast-paced lean startup environment.
- You have proven problem-solving skills and are able to think outside-the-box and implement creative solutions.
- You operate at rapid pace with competence to distill complex information quickly and take intelligent action.
- You work with high energy and momentum and are ruthlessly results-driven.
- Your attention to detail is meticulous and you have a highly organised and methodical approach to your work.
- You have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of HR protocols.
- You have strong integrity and strictly abide by your confidentiality obligations with commercially and people sensitive content.
