Due to continued growth we are now looking for an experienced Supply Chain amp; Procurement Manager who can sink their teeth into this busy and varied role. Our ideal candidate will be full of energy to hit the ground running on day one and be a born problem solver with a passion for process improvement and the alignment of people to that.
You will setup and run Sunfed’s global supply with robust amp; agile processes, technology innovations and strategic supply relationships. You will also need strong relationship building skills along with exceptional planning and organizational ability.
You will be confident with leading a lean team as well as designing, planning, execution, control and monitoring of Supply Chain amp; Procurement activities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain from procuring raw materials to finished products with a relentless focus on operational fitness.
- Develop lean, agile and scalable supply chain strategies that minimise risk and maximise efficiencies amp; optionality for the business.
- Continuously optimise and automate supply chain processes with digitisation and technology solutions.
- Actively assess the global landscape and form relationships with innovative partners and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts with Suppliers and secure profitable and advantageous terms.
- Coordinate manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet market demands.
- Forecast, plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials, supplies and equipment.
- Determine and setup best practice for packaging, logistics and freight consolidation.
- Own packaging innovation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- 5+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing Management experience.
- Digitisation is second nature to you and you have experience implementing technology solutions to automate processes.
- You are a strong Project Manager, your organisational skills are second to none.
- You have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time, all while operating at speed!
- You are an exceptional communicator and are comfortable talking with staff at all levels.
- You have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You're a strong executor with laser-like focus on detail.
- You have financial acumen - you can budget, forecast, analyse, and accurately report on operational and manufacturing costs.
- You thrive under pressure in a fast-paced agile dynamic environment, enjoy Ramp;D and constant change.
