About This Role

2021 is poised to be a huge year for Fuel50. This role supports our implementation and wider Client Success team in delivering to all of our local and global clients and users. Working within our UX/UI design and Fuel50 branding guidelines, you will be responsible for creating a visually beautiful, easy to use, functional and client branded user experience for existing and new site roll outs. Additionally, you will 'own' the site delivery for particular clients, ensuring that feedback on the site design is implemented to an exceptionally high standard to present a beautiful end user experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Use our Content Management System to create configured and client branded software experiences for our clients to client specification
  • Liaise with Onboarding Consultants to ensure client requirements are assessed and incorporated
  • Execution of the ‘site build and design’ track of implementation projects, including application of any edits or fixes required as a result of client or internal test processes
  • Completion of all assigned tasks within allocated deadlines
  • Completion of testing/QA requirements as assigned
  • Liaise with IT or technical teams within the client team to ensure IT requirements are met
  • Perform user account administration duties; creating and configuring accounts in the platform according to client requirements
  • Follow issue resolution process for any identified software bugs, including staging and production testing post resolution
  • Create, manage and configure large amounts of system data (within Excel or similar)
  • Create visually compelling, functional customized site elements, utilizing HTML5, CSS 3, Bootstrap framework and similar, to ensure the clients vision is delivered upon
  • Completion of full testing as per development requirements for any allocated internal tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in a software configuration role, ideally SaaS
  • HR Tech experience is desirable
  • The ability to quickly respond to changing priorities within a fast moving team
  • Able to learn and understand data and system setups quickly and easily
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
  • HTML5 and CSS 3 skills at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Intermediate Excel skills

We're open to remote candidates anywhere within NZ and are very much a flexible working environment. If you live in Auckland / North Shore, you are more than welcome to work in our awesome (spacious) office whenever you like. HQ is based on Auburn Street, a 2min walk from the beach and downtown Taka.
