The Role

We're looking for a super-smart, super-passionate and super-on-to-it QA Automation Engineer to help us get the test automation platform of our multi-award-winning SaaS apps to the next level. Meanwhile, you'll be extending yourself up the testing pipeline, working together with our Platforms and Product teams to help expand and maintain the infrastructure needed to validate and make sure we always deploy functioning, magical code. In a typical day, you might do some of the following:

  • Kick off the morning with coffee and a catch-up with a diverse range of team members

  • Are proficient with Git and able to work inside an existing codebase
  • Can set up metrics for tracking overall test coverage and quality
  • Have worked in Agile software development environments.
  • Have worked with product design teams before, in particular for SaaS products.
  • Are highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Like to work in a fast-paced environment where you must create a minimum viable product that will still be loved by people and be useful to them.
  • Want to make a difference to the world by helping make people happier where they spend the majority of their time (at work!).

Benefits

As well as our day to day responsibilities, all Fuellies have an integral part in growing our culture with us and contributing to ensure that Fuel50 remains an inspirational and amazing place to work. Some additional benefits are:

  • Lovely office in Takapuna (go for a walk to the beach at lunch!)

We know that having the right people with the right attitude and behaviour is a big part of what makes us successful. Living our values is an important part of being successful in this role.
