About the Role
This is a truly unique senior leadership opportunity that will not only see you responsible for leading our customer engagement in Auckland, you will also be responsible (alongside our other Auckland leaders) for location direction setting and leadership across the wider Auckland employee community.
In this role you will establish new partnerships and enhance existing relationships with the leaders of some of New Zealand’s most iconic private sector organisations, large public sector entities, not-for-profit groups, and the wider South Island community.
Based in Auckland, you will assemble and lead our teams to focus on our customers and what is most important to them. You will develop offerings based on an outside-in view of our customers’ needs and what will drive value for them.

What you’ll do
In simple terms, you’ll lead our customer engagement developing high performing customer success and service delivery teams as well as setting the direction (alongside your peers) for our Auckland business. On daily basis you will be involved in everything from strategy development and execution, community engagement, sales and product development.
