About the RoleAs a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement team, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the technical team. This is a varied but challenging role to test your analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities, and with challenge comes reward. Not only are you comfortable in front of clients up to a senior level but you’re experienced and confident at leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating CRM concepts.
In this role you’ll be across multiple projects with high profile clients. Our projects are typically end to end deliveries, combing both CRM and ERP together and pairing with portals, mobile and deep integration to customer systems. If it’s big and hairy challenges you are after, then we are the place for you!
What you’ll bringYou’ll have experience implementing CRM systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals. Experience with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) is essential. You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects. You enjoy being hands on where you can such to support your consulting activities.
