Join the Datacom Strategic Advisory team and play a crucial role in leading large enterprise organisations through their transformation journey, across New Zealand and abroad. As a Consulting Director specialising in our Agile Culture Change practice, you will be working closely with customers to help them embrace agile ways of working and design cultural change approaches to support the rollout of new transformation projects. You will be combining proven consulting frameworks with your wealth of experience and expertise to provide pragmatic consulting, coaching and training services that get tangible results. Once complete, you will have the satisfaction of overseeing Datacom’s technical delivery teams as they action your strategy and bring it to life through delivery of technology solutions.

Skills and Experience

You will need to be people-centric, working closely with our customers’ key business and technology stakeholders to lead and advise them through their culture change journey. As a seasoned practitioner in consulting with organisations on agile ways of working and organisational culture change, you will be passionate about your area of expertise and adept at managing a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels to take action and achieve results. You will also be a thought leader both internally and externally, regularly presenting at events, blogging and posting on social media.

Key skills:

· Deep expertise and passion in agile ways of working and/or Organisational Change Management.

· Experience in consulting or professional services.

· Confident applying proven advisory frameworks and a process-driven approach to assessing and guiding customers through lean process optimisation projects.

· An ability to translate desired strategic/business outcomes into actionable roadmap of activity and to present these to customers.

· Excellent listening, communication and facilitation skills to be able to work effectively across both the customers’ business and IT teams.

· The ability to present thought leadership subjects to large audiences in an engaging and insightful way.

· A track record of delivering transformation programmes and projects in leading roles.

· A team player who enjoys working within a team of multi-disciplined consultants who are committed to helping our customers via the delivery of high value strategy and consulting engagements.
