About the Role
This position will see you utilizing your expertise in the user experience space as the champion for our team. This role will involve analytical business analysis, requirements gathering and influencing decisions within the digital space.
Pivotal for success in this team is your commitment to agile principles and practices, along with a passion for driving the customer experience on technically lead projects. Also key is the ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business.
Your background:
- Business analyst with experience delivering software projects
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop hypotheses and shape a project
- A strong facilitator
- Keep up to date with the latest digital technologies and design trends
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and facilitating Agile Kick-starts
- Good process improvement and change management exposure
- Ability to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performance.
- Development background and/or knowledge of the SDLC.
