Xero’s ‘Business Products’ offers several products that support small businesses. We help small business owners build better workplaces by freeing up time to focus on their people, not processes and paperwork. We will do this by bringing together a suite of tools to provide a seamless and personalised experience for the employer and their employees. As Head of Engineering you will lead, grow, and manage a portfolio across multiple product teams to deliver high-quality software which improves the working lives of hundreds of thousands of small business customers and their employees. You and your team will hone development practices and improve engineering culture to create a world-class software engineering environment at Xero. You will work closely with Product Management, Delivery Coaches, Architecture and other Engineering Managers to continuously improve Xero’s technology platform so that it meets customer needs, is secure, performant and highly available.
We are currently seeking to hire a leader and strong engineer who is passionate about making a difference and helping us move the needle in becoming Excellent in Engineering. We are looking to hire Heads of Engineering to lead our Employee Experience portfolio and Business Management amp; Packaging Portfolios.
